Terms of Service

Roadkit is an online workspace for bands: tracks, gigs, planning, outreach, costs and members. Features depend on your plan. We provide the service as-is and keep improving it; availability and features may change over time.

You are responsible for your account, for keeping login details secure, and for what your band members do in your band workspace.

If you store personal data about third parties (for example venue bookers in Outreach), you are the controller for that data: you must have a lawful basis to store it, keep it accurate, and only use Roadkit for lawful purposes. Roadkit processes that content as a processor to host and deliver the product.

Billing is per band. New bands typically start with a 30-day free trial of the full app (one trial per owner). Paid plans are billed monthly and can be cancelled each month; access continues until the end of the paid period.

During the founding offer, eligible new subscribers may lock in a reduced monthly price for the life of that band's subscription, as shown at checkout and on the pricing page. Founding availability is limited (slots and/or end date). Prices and plan details on the pricing page at the time you subscribe apply.

Payments are handled by Mollie. Prices are per band per month and include VAT where applicable. Failed payments may result in restricted access until payment succeeds or the subscription ends under our billing rules.

You own your band's content. What you delete is removed after the short soft-delete window described in our Privacy Policy, and deleting a band is permanent. See the Privacy Policy for roles (controller vs processor) and retention.

Band admins can export band database content from the app.

We may change these terms or the service. If we change the terms materially, we will post the update on this page (and may notify account holders). Continued use after the update means you accept the new terms, unless a mandatory rule says otherwise.

We may discontinue the service. If we do, your access continues until the end of the period you have already paid for.

Roadkit is provided without warranties beyond those required by law. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damage (including lost gigs, lost income, or lost data beyond our deletion and backup practices described in the Privacy Policy). Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under Dutch law.

Dutch law applies to these terms. If a dispute arises, Dutch courts have jurisdiction, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection rules that may apply to you.
